ButaPlay – Terms of Use

Terms of Use - These terms of use ("Terms of Use") apply to your use of the ButaPlay application (the "Application") in the Google Play app store, and on the websites ok.ru, vk.com and butaportal.com. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this application.

Acceptance of Agreement.

The application is created as a community for rating photos, meeting people and communicating. It is important not to post insults, obscene statements, pornographic materials or any other materials that may offend human dignity in this application. You must not post materials that may encourage terrorist activity or behavior that would be considered a criminal offense. You must not post content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. You must not insult, humiliate, people in the chat. By posting user content in the Application, you grant us the right to use this content in marketing, advertising and other materials. It is strictly forbidden to use third-party programs to the detriment of the game. The administration reserves the full right to block and delete your account for any violation, or prohibit you from communicating in the chat.

Deleting and Modification.

Administration of the Application reserves the right, at its discretion to:

• Change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. If your continue use the Application after changes, that will mean you accept and agree to those changes.
• Access of User Content on the Application, when it is necessary for moderation.
• Edit or delete any content, if it doesn't comply with the conditions of this Agreement, or is harmful to the Company or any third side.
• Report all illegal activity or user content to the proper authorities.
• Use all posted material in open access areas in the Application by users, including without limitation for displaying and use in advertising and promotional materials on Partner sites.
